TC's mentoring and coaching programs make those connections happen: between students figuring out their path, professionals facing a specific challenge, and the people who've been there and come out the other side.

Who it's for
Objective
Explore 10 tech careers in 12 weeks — with documented research, interviews with real professionals and an informed orientation decision.
How it works
Week 0
Framing session with the mentor — list of 10 careers validated together.
Weeks 1–10
1 career per week — research, interview with a professional, report submitted to the mentor.
Weeks 11–12
Final review, decision matrix, 6-month action plan.
Selection by TC committee. Places are limited.
